What the price covers

This is the best-value visit on the list, because almost nobody calls for one door. By the time I am there, the bathroom door that sticks, the bedroom one that won't latch and four cabinet doors that hang crooked all get done in the same hour or two.

Most sticking doors are not warped. They are hinges with stripped screws, and that is a repair, not a replacement.

Jobs this covers

  • Interior doors that stick or drag
  • Doors that won't latch or swing open
  • Stripped hinge screws
  • Cabinet door and drawer alignment
  • New handles, knobs and pulls
Worth knowingA visit usually covers several doors. Old houses in Willow Glen and Cambrian almost always have more than one.
ALSOSame room, same visit. Several jobs in one trip is always cheaper than several trips.
