SCOPEWhat is in, what is extra, and what would change the number.

What the price covers

Most toilets get replaced because the old one runs, rocks or is simply tired. Setting a new one in the same place is a short, clean job.

The two things that stretch it are rusted closet bolts and a damaged flange. Both are visible once the old unit is up, and both get priced and agreed before I carry on.

Hauling the old toilet away is a separate line. Many people would rather keep it for the city bulky pickup, and that keeps the price down.

Jobs this covers

  • Standard two-piece toilets
  • One-piece and comfort-height units
  • Wax ring and closet bolt replacement
  • Supply line and fill valve
  • Old unit haul-away on request
Worth knowingSame spot, same drain, no pipe moved. If the flange under the old toilet is cracked, I show you before the new one goes down.
ALSOSame room, same visit. Several jobs in one trip is always cheaper than several trips.
